Import Export Code

Importer Exporter Code (IEC) Number is a unique 10 digit code required by the traders or manufacturers for the purpose of import and export in India.

IEC Codes are mandatory for carrying out import export trade operations and enable companies to acquire benefits on their Imports/Exports duty payment, Indian Custom, Export promotion Council in India.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IEC REGISTRATION

  • PAN Card of the Company (Duly Attested by Director with Company’s rubber stamp)
  • Memorandum & Article of Association of the Company (Duly Attested by Director with Company’s rubber stamp)
  • Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (Duly Attested by Director with Company’s rubber stamp)
  • Proof of Address of the Company (Duly Attested by Director with Company’s rubber stamp)
  • PAN Card Copy of All Directors (Duly Attested with Directors)
  • Proof of Address of all the Directors of the Company (Passport/Driving License/ Election Photo ID/Telephone-Electricity Bill etc. (Duly Attested by Director)
  • List of Directors with Name, Father Name, Contact No., Residential Address.
  • Payment of Rs. 250/- as registration fees has to be paid via Demand Draft.
  • Banker’s verification as per Part B of the Form.
  • The above documents have to be submitted in physical with the Form ANF-2A to the Additional DGFT Mumbai.
